Terms of Service

1. Agreement Acceptance

This binding Terms of Service and all supplementary official policies govern all relations between you and the operator of Dragon Idol: Spark Deck related to game access. Any download, installation, launch, login, deck construction or battle activity means you fully read, understand and accept all clauses here. If you disagree with any term, you must not install or use our game. This game is completely free to download and play all core card battle, dungeon and deck-building content. In-app purchases are purely optional for premium dragon card packs, acceleration materials and exclusive dragon appearances; all core gameplay requires no payment.

2. Age Limitation & Minor Liability

Dragon Idol: Spark Deck is designed exclusively for users aged 18 or older. We do not intentionally collect any personal information from minors under eighteen. Minors are forbidden to register accounts or access any game content. As an adult account holder, you must block minors from using the game under your device control. You bear full legal responsibility for all unauthorized play and payments by minors via credit cards, PayPal or other payment tools.

3. Prohibited User Behaviors

All players shall not conduct the following acts during service use:

Log in or play if your account was banned, suspended or permanently removed from any Dragon Idol: Spark Deck products.
Register accounts using fake identities, false personal data, or create profiles representing third parties without official written approval.
Buy, sell, rent, gift or resell game accounts, dragon cards, virtual coins and all in-game virtual items on third-party platforms; all off-platform transactions are unrecognized and unprotected by us.
Use your account for commercial promotion, sending spam ads, chain mails and misleading mass messages to other players.
Deploy any unauthorized third-party software to gain unfair advantages, including bots, auto-battle scripts, cheats, mods, DDoS tools, exploit programs and modified clients that adjust card draw odds or battle results.
Run automatic tapping, auto-farming tools to complete dungeons and collect rewards without manual operation.
Exploit server loopholes, program bugs or data vulnerabilities to obtain unlimited coins, rare dragon cards and premium resources without written official permission.

4. Modification of This Agreement

Dragon Idol: Spark Deck reserves the right to revise this Terms of Service and supporting policies at any time for legal updates or service iteration. All updated versions will be published on hubmidas.com. Your continued gameplay after release of revisions constitutes full acceptance of new terms. We will send revision reminders to registered users. If you reject updated clauses, your game access license will be terminated immediately, and you must stop all game use.

5. Limited User License

5.1 Authorized Entertainment License

Subject to this agreement and related policies, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable personal license to access the game only for non-commercial personal entertainment. You may not reuse dragon illustrations, card art, game codes and game logic for commercial development, derivative works or secondary distribution without our written consent.

5.2 License Restrictions

Violation of the below limits will result in immediate license revocation, and you shall bear all legal liabilities for illegal acts under your account:

Violate local laws, especially intellectual property laws covering game characters, dragon card designs and game source code.
Send insulting, harassing, discriminatory or abusive remarks to other players, customer service staff and operation team; upload vulgar, violent or offensive texts, images and videos in game comment zones.
Use cheats, bots, hacks, modified clients and external scripts to disrupt battle balance, manipulate card drawing and damage fair gameplay.
Attack servers, spread viruses, illegally intrude protected game data, tamper with battle rankings or exploit bugs without prior written approval from Dragon Idol: Spark Deck official team.

We hold sole judgment power to identify all rule-breaking conduct and may take countermeasures including deleting user content, freezing accounts, permanent bans and all other legally permitted actions.

6. In-App Purchase & Virtual Goods Rules

All virtual items (dragon cards, coins, skins, materials) you obtain via purchase or gameplay carry a limited personal usage right only within the game service. Virtual items hold no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or cashed out for real money. Pricing of virtual products may adjust dynamically. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by local consumer protection laws. If your account is banned for violation, all virtual items in your account will be forfeited without compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dragon Idol: Spark Deck shall not be liable for any indirect losses including lost profits, data loss, business interruption or revenue reduction, unless losses arise from our gross negligence, intentional misconduct or fraud causing personal injury or death. This clause does not override your statutory consumer rights. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Dragon Idol: Spark Deck, its directors, staff, agents and affiliates harmless from all third-party claims, damages and reasonable attorney fees caused by your gameplay or breach of this agreement. This indemnity does not apply if losses stem from no intentional or negligent acts of yours.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement, together with disputes arising from the Privacy Policy, shall be governed by local applicable laws. All disputes shall be submitted to local competent courts for resolution, unless your resident country’s laws allow litigation in local domestic courts. EU residents may file lawsuits at courts within their residential region. Before initiating legal proceedings, users are strongly recommended to contact customer service via hubmidas.com for mediation first.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Terms of Service or Privacy Policy is ruled fully or partially invalid by competent courts, only that clause loses force in the relevant jurisdiction; all remaining provisions stay fully enforceable.

10. Assignment Rights

Dragon Idol: Spark Deck may assign all or part of this agreement and supplementary policies to any individual or entity at any time without user consent. Users cannot transfer their rights and obligations under this agreement unless obtaining written official approval.

11. Supplementary Policies

We may release additional service rules from time to time. You must read and comply with all supplementary policies to keep valid game access.

12. Entire Agreement

This document and all referenced attachments constitute the full agreement between you and Dragon Idol: Spark Deck, superseding all prior oral, written agreements, customs and practices regarding game service.

13. Waiver

Our failure or delay to exercise any right under this agreement shall not constitute a permanent waiver, and cannot be used as defense for future violations. Any written waiver only applies to the specific incident stated, and does not extend to future claims.

14. Notifications

We may send official notices through hubmidas.com, your bound email and other contact information you provided. All user inquiries and formal submissions shall be delivered via support channels on hubmidas.com.

15. Force Majeure

Dragon Idol: Spark Deck shall not be liable for delayed or failed performance of obligations caused by uncontrollable events including natural disasters, power outages, communication failures, labor strikes, riots, government orders, terrorism and wars.

16. Right to Update Terms

We reserve full authority to adjust this agreement for legal compliance or service optimization. All revised versions and update dates will be posted on hubmidas.com with advance user notifications.
